Noel is a tech enthusiast who loves everything technology related—from testing various gadgets, to tinkering with all sorts of devices, and building D-I-Y personal computers for his friends and colleagues.

Fascinated and challenged by highly detail-oriented tasks, Noel loves to collect and build miniature model kits during his free time. When not assembling PCs or miniature kits, Noel likes to play sports, watch movies, drink, try new food, and drink some more.

As to his law practice, Noel focuses on litigation and dispute resolution. Having been trained in one of the best litigation firms in the country for most of his legal career, Noel has become known to his colleagues and clients for his reliability in providing swift, practical, and logical solutions to complex legal issues.

In his six years of practice, Noel has handled a broad spectrum of cases in all levels, ranging from proceedings before the trial courts up to appeals with the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. He has acted as counsel in a handful of civil actions, from simple collection cases and enforcement of contracts to cases involving land disputes, civil forfeitures, eminent domain and just compensation. Equally varied is Noel’s experience in criminal litigation—having handled an assortment of prosecution and defense of syndicated estafa, qualified theft, falsification, forgery, libel, perjury cases, to name a few. Noel has also represented clients in commercial cases, such as corporate rehabilitation and intra-corporate disputes, taxation cases, multi-million construction arbitration cases, and out-of-court negotiations and settlements.
