Jermile is a dynamic, results-driven lawyer known for his relentless pursuit of excellence. He passed the 2020/21 Bar Examinations with Exemplary Performance, a testament to his dedication to continuous learning and overcoming challenges.

Jermile’s legal career began as a Project Development Officer for a government agency focused on social welfare and development. While attending law school, he gained valuable experience through paralegal training at a medium-sized law firm and served as a Legal Officer for a private company, where his passion for business and labor law was ignited. After passing the Bar, Jermile advanced to the role of Legal Compliance Officer at a global private equity firm, where he managed complex compliance issues and regulatory matters.

Jermile has a broad array of experience in intellectual property, litigation, corporate law, labor law, and real property. In intellectual property, he advises on trademark and brand protection, handles trademark infringement cases, coordinates with international agents, and manages international trademark registrations. In corporate law, he guides clients through business setups, registrations with government regulatory agencies, and the drafting and review of commercial contracts.

In litigation, Jermile represents clients in various criminal and civil cases, ensuring strong defense and advocacy. He has a proven track record of successfully defending clients and securing their release from custody swiftly and effectively. In labor law, he represents clients in disputes and enjoys finding fair and reasonable settlement agreements. Additionally, he handles real property title transfers, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for his clients.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Jermile is an avid cyclist and enjoys staying active. He is deeply involved in his church, leading youth ministries and various community initiatives.
