Danilo B. Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in Legal Management from San Beda College Manila and completed his Juris Doctor at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. His education, combined with hands-on legal experience, shaped a work ethic grounded in discipline, client service, and practical thinking.

At AJA Law, Dan handles a range of matters including litigation, contracts, regulatory compliance, and IP registration. He is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property team and is also involved in corporate engagements, from due diligence and contract drafting to negotiations and strategic planning.
