Cheza focuses on litigation, handling a wide range of civil, criminal, and administrative cases from trial courts to the Supreme Court. She has adeptly managed civil cases involving the collection of sums of money, contract enforcement, insurance claims, property disputes, and expropriation. In criminal law, Cheza has effectively defended and represented clients in cases such as cyberlibel, estafa, perjury, and violations of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22. In administrative law, she has successfully represented numerous public officials before the Office of the Ombudsman.

Cheza’s practice also includes intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on trademark registration and inter partes cases before the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines. She has gained valuable experience in intellectual property mediation and dispute resolution.

In addition to her litigation experience, Cheza has been exposed to corporate transactions, including corporate housekeeping, data privacy, labor law, and government compliance, as well as Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board license applications.

Cheza’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to venture into several business enterprises even while in law school. Today, she runs multiple thriving businesses in Metro Manila, bringing a keen understanding of leadership, client care, and risk management to her legal practice.

Beyond her legal career and business ventures, Cheza is passionate about culture and the arts. She finds joy in traveling, often seeking out museums and theaters to enrich her understanding of history and human expression. Her creative pursuits include painting and playing the piano, which add balance to her professional and business endeavors.
